Package A : Build a Strong Foundation
A great place to start!
A vision is only as strong as its foundation. In this package, we will lay a firm foundation for your vision by making it plain and refining what you say and what you do.
In this package, together we will:
flush out your vision and dig more into the audience you want to help,
finetune your messaging (what you say about what you do), and
streamline how you operate (how you do what you do).
That way, you will be ready and confident to begin sharing your vision and connecting with those you want to help.
Finetune Your Vision
We will dig into and clarify the details of your vision such as what it will offer, how you will offer it, etc. This stage will at times happen simultaneously as we go through the other stages.
Clarify Your Why
Your why is what will motivate you to keep moving forward with your vision, even when times get tough and attract advocates. We will dig into the motivation behind your vision and your motivation to bring it forth.
Pinpoint Your Audience
In this stage, we will take time to hone in on your audience, digging into their wants, their needs, their desires, etc. If you haven't fully identified who it is your vision serves, we will do that here.
Evaluate Your Admin and Ops
We will take a look at how you operate your vision and I will provide recommendations to what I believe would be best for your vision for where it is now and where you're wanting it to go. Set up help of these can be added starting at $500.
Set Up Your Experience Flow
Together we will set up your onboarding, support, and exit process for when those you help say Yes to make sure they are well supported during their time with you and afterwards.
Develop Your Message
In this stage, we will the develop the message you will use to communicate your vision to those you want to serve such as your brand story, origin story, value statement, positioning statement, and more.

$1499 is the final investment for most visions. An additional fee of $500 or $1,000 may apply for extra time and labor needed for complex assessments or processes. A starting fee of $500 applies for administrative and operational setup assistance.
A 10% deposit is required to begin. 3, 6, and 12-month installment plans are available, if needed.
2 - 4 months*
* This is an estimate. The goal is to for things to be done well, requiring weekly meetings and consistent collaboration, which could shorten the timeline. If you're unavailable or if your needs are complex, the timeline may extend. We'll move quickly but won't rush. For more info, see Working with Me.
Package B : Build A Strong Foundation + A Strong Website
This package includes everything in Package A plus a website!
Package B includes everything in Package A plus a website!
Your website will serve as the core of your digital presence and is where your audience will learn the most about how you serve them and how to engage. It's your digital business card. No matter how you market your vision, when interest is peaked, your audience will visit your website. So, making sure that your website speaks to those you want to engage and is easy to understand and navigate is key.
In this package, together we will together we will create a website that works for you.
That way, those you want to help will understand more of what your vision offers and what they need to do to obtain it.
In this package, in addition to everything in Package A, you will have 2 options for your website.
Option 1 - Copy Only
Together we will comprise the copy - wording - and organization - for your new website that you take to a graphic designer to place and design or use to design yourself!
Option 2 - Copy & Design
I will organize and comprise content for your new website and design your new website for you.
I use website builder platforms, such as Wix and Shopify. I don't do coding but I know how to creatively use platforms like these for a look that reflects you and looks good.

I will help in writing the copy for the homepage, products or services pages, and about us page as well as consult on best practices and other things you may need to make your website complete (such as cookies, terms of use, and privacy policies, refund, return, and shipping policies, etc.)

* $4999 is the final investment for most visions. This includes website copy, website design, testing, final touches, and launch. This doesn't include a domain name, logo, or any paid elements or media. Any elements or media obtained from third parties will be at your expense. An additional $500 is added if you prefer a platform that takes more than 10 hours to learn. Any policy creation (terms of use, privacy, cookies, refund, shipping, return, etc.) is a team effort.

4 - 6 months*
* This is an estimate. The goal is to for things to be done well, requiring weekly meetings and consistent collaboration, which could shorten the timeline. Payment Flexibilty
Payment of your final investment can be divided up into 3-, 6-, and 12-month installments if needed.
All at Once Discount
If you pay for your package in full within 30 days of signing your contract, then I will offer you a 5% all-at-once discount.
Project Pause
Life happens! If you ever need to pause what we're working on for non project reasons, you can use a one time project pause and work and invoicing will cease until you are ready and able to proceed.
Second Thought Clause
Changed your mind? You will have 3 days after you sign the agreement to call it quits with no questions asked and receive a full refund minus your deposit. And you're always welcome to come back!

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
The vision carrier. I don't mind working with department heads or leads, but the boss/the vision carrier has to be on board, present, and involved. Vision starts from the head down and if the leader is the one who spearheads changes to structure, messaging, marketing and vision, it's easier for the changes to infiltrate an organization.
Its varies.
For packages, typically between 3 to 6 months, sometimes more. It depends on the package you select, the depth of your vision, your availability, and the time and work needed for us to complete things with excellence. We will take the time to ensure everything is done right and no stone is left unturned. This process will take time but it's worth it. Specific deadlines can be discussed before we make things official.
The deposit is 10% of the package's total price, the starting price plus any add-ons. You will know exactly what your deposit is before we make things official.
Each package has a starting price. If additional time and labor from me are needed due to the complexity of your vision and any add-ons determine the final price.
Payment is in full or in the agreed-upon installments. A deposit is required and paid when you sign your contract, whether you're paying for your package in full or in 3, 6, or 12-month installments.
Yes. I understand, especially when getting started that resources can be scarce.
You can pay the cost of the package all at once or break it up. We can discuss this more together before we make things official.
If you do pay the entire cost of the package within 30 days of signing your contract, I will give you a settlement discount of 5%.
