The vision carrier. I don't mind working with department heads or leads, but the boss/the vision carrier has to be on board, present, and involved. Vision starts from the head down and if the leader is the one who spearheads changes to structure, messaging, marketing and vision, it's easier for the changes to infiltrate an organization.

When all included sessions have been completed. If we can meet 1x a week, our time together will be 1-2 months.
Payment is made in full when you sign your contract, making things official.
If you need help with payment, I can offer a 2 part payment plan. The first payment is when the contract is signed. The 2nd payment is 2 weeks later.
I can offer a 2-part payment plan - 50% at the time you sign your contract and the rest 2 weeks after you sign your contract.

2 Dig Sessions
Here we'll dig into what's going on with your vision.
2 Working Sessions
We'll use this time to brainstorm solutions and ways to implement those solutions.
2 Assess Sessions
Once implemented, we'll regroup in these sessions, see how the solution(s) are working, and adjust accordingly.
A Bonus Session
We can use this dig, brainstorm, or assess more if needed. If not needed, you can save it for later on for a quick tweak or advice after our time together.
Client Portal
This is a private and secure space for you and I to exchange ideas, send messages, and upload files without having to search through emails.
In Between Support
If you ever have any questions in between sessions about what we're working on, you can always contact me at no additional charge.
